By using Quest, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. Quest provides email verification and list-cleaning tools for business use. The service is intended to help users assess email deliverability and reduce invalid or risky addresses.
QuestVerifier is a software product owned and operated by NEBS-IT SOLUTION LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (“Nebs-IT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the QuestVerifier website, dashboard, API, email-verification services, and related features.
You Agree Not To
- Upload data you do not have the right to process
- Use the service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
- Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the platform
- Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
- Misrepresent the accuracy or source of the results
Your Responsibilities
- Keep your account information accurate
- Protect your login credentials
- Review verification results before using them in production campaigns
- Ensure your use of the service complies with applicable laws and regulations
Credits and Billing
Our order process is conducted by our authorized online reseller, Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for purchases made through Paddle and handles payment processing, billing-related customer service, returns, and refunds. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle’s Buyer Terms and Refund Policy.
- The platform works on a pay-as-you-go credit model
- Credits are deducted based on the verification workflow used
- Prices and package details may change with notice
- Refund requests may be submitted within 14 days of purchase, subject to our refund terms and conditions
Service Availability
- We aim to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access
- Maintenance, outages, or third-party failures may temporarily affect availability
Limitation of Liability
- Quest is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Final decisions about sending emails remain your responsibility
Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.
